Carewell-Service specializes in the health care and rehabilitation of people suffering from Alzheimer's, dementia or other neurological diseases. In the last 10 years, however, people have also taken advantage of our help after a stroke, accident or cancer. -
Short-Term Care & Rehabilitation
Do you need rehabilitation after an accident or a stroke? At Carewell-Service we accompany you with our physio team during your rehabilitation. We create therapy plans adapted to you and support you during your stay, which can take 3-6 months. -
Supervised holidays
Everyone is looking for variety, relaxation and recreation. You do not have to do without this if you are dependent on outside help. We look after you during your vacation stay here on Phuket: Carewell-Service offers you a care service so that you can enjoy your vacation to the fullest. -

Daily new or alternating activities and excursions in the surrounding area, sometimes across the entire island of Phuket or even boat trips to neighboring islands, bring variety and fun for all our guests at Carewell Service. -
Medical and Dental Services
Thailand and Phuket have state-of-the-art medical or dental clinics or hospitals. The services offered correspond to European standards. Movement Therapy
Physiotherapie ist während Rehabilitation wie auch im Leben von jemand der unter Alzheimer oder Demenz leidet wichtig. Carewell beschäftigt geschulte und ausgebildete Physiotherapeuten, welche gewährleisten, dass unsere Gäste die Therapie erhalten die sie benötigen. Für jeden Bewohner wird ein speziell auf den Gast abgestimmter Trainingsplan erarbeitet, welcher dem Trainingsfortschritt angepasst wird. -
Massage Therapy
Massages are considered one of the oldest remedies. They relax and revitalize, loosen up tense muscles, promote blood circulation and stimulate the metabolism. During the massage, the skin, subcutaneous tissue, muscles and deeper tissues are treated with the hands or special equipment. As an accompanying therapy, various massages are prescribed by our therapists at Carewell Service and carried out by a trained masseur or physiotherapist. -
Animal-Assisted Therapy
In animal-assisted therapy or general animal-assisted activities, primarily sensory perception is promoted. In this way, restrictions or losses of the senses (e.g. sight or hearing) can be better managed and accepted. At Carewell, our residents meet dogs, cats or linger by the large koi pond. The human senses are stimulated in many ways by animal-assisted therapy: - How does the animal or the animal's fur feel? - What does the animal look like, how does it move and how does it behave? - What sounds does the animal make? -
Nutrition
Healthy dishes form the foundation for an optimally functioning metabolism and physical vitality. A nicely prepared plate with a freshly prepared dish as part of a balanced diet is essential to prevent and treat diseases such as obesity, high blood pressure and cardiovascular diseases. Our chef spoils our guests every day with fresh and healthy menus. At Carewell, menu planning is a top priority. -
Communication and Language
At Carewell we speak German, English, French and Thai. Verbal communication fades into the background, especially when dealing with people with advanced dementia. A glance, a smile or hugging more than words often helps here. Time, patience and understanding are key.
